What we love about what we do

Heart with L. O. V. E. written in pen on toe of Chuck Taylor Converse tennis shoe

Today, in the spirit of Valentine’s Day (which is coming up this weekend, in case you forgot), some of the members of the Bean Team wanted to share with you what we love about what we do, here at Transformation Marketing in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Shannon Filing (President)
I love the process of learning my client’s businesses. Through that and continued partnership we can deliver results. I LOVE to see businesses flourish and prosper and to play a role in that by helping them create and execute a great marketing plan is amazing and fulfilling work.

Lacy Jo Donald (Lead Designer and Social Media Strategist)
I love our team. I just simply don’t think we’d be able to do what we do without everyone here. At the risk of sounding incredibly cheesey right around Valentine’s Day – we complete each other. Laugh if you want, but it’s true. We all play off of one another and make each other better. The results, the relationships we have with our clients, I don’t believe that could happen without all the amazing individuals we have in this building. It’s an incredible work environment.

David Hefley (VP of Development)
I like starting with nothing and ending up with something…

April Kester (Social Media Coordinator)
1. I love the fact that TM is one of the very few TRUE family-friendly businesses that I’ve ever worked for. Nobody ever gives my kids the evil eye (except for maybe me, but only occasionally) when they come in after school…usually quarreling with each other, as any good brother/sister combo would do.
2. I love the people I work with. Aside from the fact that they’re all awesome at what they do, each is someone I would consider a friend…that’s not something everyone is able to say about their coworkers.
3. I love that I can work from home if need be. Like, right now – school was cancelled today due to snow, so I’m at home with my kids. My husband, on the other hand, made it all of one mile from our house before getting stuck in a drift.
