Yesterday, we were incredibly honored and humbled to have won 2 awards at the AMA (American Marketing Association) – Lincoln Chapter Prism Awards. To sit in the same room and be mentioned along with some of the larger companies such as Cornerstone Printing, Pickering Creative Group, Bailey Lauerman and Swanson Russell, is just an amazing experience and could not make me more proud of how far we’ve come in the past couple of years.
Yesterday, we won a Merit Award (which is our 4th Merit Award) for our work on Tiny Hands International’s branding and our very first Prism Award for work on the Adamz K9 Waste Disposal’s Social Media Campaign. As our name was called for the Prism Award, and Shannon stood up to go up and accept the award, she looked at our table and said, “Guys, stand up. We’re all going to accept this award.” Later, at the office, as her and Travis handed us each a beautiful flower to celebrate our success, she showed us just how much of a team effort it was…
Christina Miller, Internal Sales, made the call to set up the appointment with Adamz K9.
Travis Filing, Director of Sales, pitched Social Media to Adam and explained what we could do and why it’s so important.
Shannon Filing, Owner of Transformation Marketing, besides supplying us all with the jobs to do this, did all the paperwork.
Lacy Marshall, Lead Designer and Social Media Strategist, came up with the game plan for Adamz K9’s Social Campaign and oversaw how it was implemented.
April Kester, Social Media Coordinator, researched new posts and carried out the plan put into place.
Casey (Byrd) Lowe, Graphic Designer, put together many design pieces for the campaign.
And… Jordan Raver, Videographer and Production Editor, well, yesterday was only her fourth day with our team. BUT if she would have been here back when, she would have put together the videos we used in the campaign. So, she celebrates in the success just as much as we do, and she’s already got her goal set to win an award for video next year!
So, as you can see, our close-nit team might be smaller than some of the other company’s we sat with yesterday. BUT together, we are mighty! We all work very hard and depend on each other. Without all the pieces, this campaign could not have been successful. Which is why our amazing boss left us with these words yesterday… We Win as a Team, We Celebrate as a Team!
