Transformation Marketing was founded in 2002 by our President, Shannon Filing, and her husband, Travis Filing. With years of growth and experience, TM has turned into a go-to full-service marketing agency helping mid-sized businesses continue to expand in their individual markets.
The basis of Transformation Marketing was founded on the idea that all businesses hold a unique niche in their industries and deserve a unique marketing plan that will highlight these differences. With all our clients, we start by generating and installing traditional marketing campaigns that both fit the company’s individual needs, but will also be advancing with the ever-changing marketing avenues. With TM’s team of creative strategists, our ambition is to find the perfect balance of online and traditional marketing strategies to continue our client’s individual growth.

It embodies our small town values with our big city insight; creating an innovative, determined, dependable and honest marketing agency. The bean represents hard work and growth. It shows what we and many of our clients start from and grow into.
