Lincoln Orthopaedic Center (LOC) has an amazing staff that keeps their practice running smoothly and their patients well cared for at their office near 70th and A. We wanted to highlight those men and women who make LOC what it is and give insight into the personalities of LOC staff members, along with a taste of their in-office chemistry and culture.
The staff always has wonderful things to say about each other, the practice, and their love for what they do and the people they help—we wanted to give patients a chance to see this for themselves on a more individual level. We shot the LOC staff videos in their offices so the employees in them would be comfortable in their surrounding environment and the viewer could see the employees as well as the warm and welcoming office they work from. We then edited everything we shot into a total of 6 videos that told viewers about the longevity of the employees, the culture of LOC, and the great care and pride each and every one of them takes in being a part of the LOC family.
The videos were launched within an online marketing campaign on LOC’s social media platforms, YouTube, and their website. The public seemed to like getting a look at the people who make up the LOC staff. In fact, in just a few short months, the videos exceeded 5,000 views on Facebook alone and the interaction on the videos, including countless compliments to LOC and their staff affirm that patients experience the culture they describe in these 6 vidoes.
