I love that our team is dynamic because each person brings their own talents and skills. Collectively our individual passions are even more evident as we work as a team internally as well as with our clients.

I love that these guys are like my extended family. Whether it’s something with work or something at home, we all care about each other and are always ready and willing to lend an ear, a shoulder, advice or a kind gesture. For example, there was one week that a few of us were kind of in a funk. All of a sudden, on Friday morning, there were flowers and chocolates on everyone’s desks with no note. We had such a hard time figuring out who did it because it’s something almost everyone here would have done – it ended up being James – thanks again, James. I truly believe that those are the types of things that make us such a close-nit and productive team.

The best thing is just the simple fact that we *are* a team. We each have different but complimentary sets of talents, high levels of respect for our customer, and belief in making Transformation Marketing the best company it can be. It’s nice to work with other people that are all pulling in the same direction!

I love that everyone is only concerned with what needs to be done to accomplish something, whether it’s helping a client or an internal task. Nobody has a ‘it’s not my job’ attitude, everybody has a ‘what can I do to help’ attitude.
