We are currently looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to become a key player in our team of incredibly talented individuals, also referred to as the #beanteam. As a member of our team you will play a vital role to many who will rely on you. Experience isn’t required with many of the duties you’ll be performing, as we have a talented team to help show you the ropes and get you started in the marketing realm.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our sales staff with materials, research and communication they need to succeed
  • Assist with creative writing, proofing, and research
  • Assist with paid ad posts to Craigslist and other platforms
  • Order and organize office supplies
  • Assist in managing client and project details, research, and communication
  • Provide a friendly and professional experience to our clients
  • Assist with simple website updates through a content management system (can be learned)
  • Assist with simple graphics (can be learned)
