LACY JO BROWN

LACY JO BROWN

I graduated from college at the University of Nebraska - Kearney in... well, I'm not going to tell you when, actually... with a bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism and a minor in Visual Communications and Design (Graphic Design, if you will). While the degree wasn't marketing, I found myself drawn to that in each position I held after leaving college and joining the "real world". So, when I found the Admin Assistant job at Transformation Marketing, I was drawn to apply.

I have held just about every position here at TM, from the admin assistant position I started at, to graphic designer, to social media coordinator, and eventually Director of Operations. I have thouroughly enjoyed my time here at Transformation Marketing and wouldn't be who I am without my (nearly) 9 years spent with the company.

That being said, as I prepare to have my 4th child, I have decided to pass the baton of the Director role to someone else so that I can take time to stay at home going forward. The company has chosen April Kester to take my place, and I can assure you after working with her for many years, you are in good hands.

During this transition time, April, Shannon, and I are working closely to ensure a smooth transition for the team and our clients. Although I will miss being a part of the Bean Team, I will be forever grateful for my time here and will continue to watch their amazing work and growth from not too far away!
